Biohazard cleanup in Linden, Tennessee
Linden is the seat of Perry County, a town of about one square mile some 82 miles southwest of Nashville, and it draws its water from the Buffalo River. It was incorporated in 1850 and named after Thomas Campbell's poem "The Battle of Hohenlinden." A fire in 1930 destroyed much of the town center.

Cleanup in Linden: what shapes the work
Linden has no police department of its own. The town contracts with the Perry County Sheriff's Office for law enforcement, and emergencies go through 911. Cleanup is arranged after the sheriff's office has released the property.
Perry County's largest employer is NYX, an injection-molding plant, followed by Graham Lumber Company and a Rogers Group sand and gravel operation. The county also has a 50-bed hospital and a nursing home. Plant and workplace incidents are contained and documented for the employer, and homes are handled room by room with the family.
