Biohazard cleanup in Pegram, Tennessee

Cleanup in Pegram: what shapes the work

The Harpeth has flooded parts of Pegram, including river and flash flooding in 2019 and 2025. In a home that has been through high water, earlier staining or swollen materials can hide how far a newer spill traveled, so subfloors and lower walls get a closer look.

Lots here are large, with a median near an acre and some running to dozens of acres, and the housing ranges from custom homes to manufactured homes. Manufactured homes usually have particleboard-type floors with ductwork running underneath, so fluids that reach the floor can spread into spaces that are hard to see.
