About New Dawn
We named the company New Dawn because the work is about what comes after: getting a home or a building back to a place where people can live and work again.
What we do
New Dawn Bio Restoration cleans and restores property after events most people hope never to face: a death at home, a violent crime, a serious injury, or contamination from drug use. We work in homes, rental units, workplaces and public buildings across Middle Tennessee.
How we work
- We explain before we act
- You will know what we plan to remove, what we plan to clean, and what it will cost before work begins.
- We keep what matters
- Personal belongings, papers and keepsakes found in the work area are set aside for you. Nothing personal is discarded without your decision.
- We stay discreet
- We do not discuss the job with neighbors, tenants or passers-by.
- We put it in writing
- Every job ends with a written summary, and with photographs when you need them for insurance, a landlord file or a sale.
What we do not do
We do not clean properties quarantined as former meth labs; Tennessee requires a state-approved contractor for those. We do not offer services we cannot do properly, and we will say so plainly if a job is outside our scope and tell you what kind of company to look for.
