Biohazard cleanup in Altamont, Tennessee

Cleanup in Altamont: what shapes the work

The town limits cover about twenty square miles, large for a town this size, so many homes are on open plateau land rather than close-set streets. Those properties can be a long way from neighbors, and narrow roads affect how equipment and waste containers reach the site.

Savage Gulf and South Cumberland State Park draw hikers and climbers, and remote cabins are part of the plateau landscape. At a rental or remote property, access and timing are worked out with the owner or manager, including the best way to reach the building.
