Not sure which applies?

Tell us what happened and we will explain the options. Some jobs, such as quarantined former drug labs, follow state rules that send them to specialized contractors. We will tell you if that is the case.

What we do not do

We do not enter a scene before law enforcement or the medical examiner releases it. We do not decontaminate properties quarantined as former drug labs; state rules send that work to approved contractors. We do not make repairs that need a licensed contractor; we coordinate with one when rebuilding is needed.

You do not have to work this out alone.

Call, and we will explain what we see, what is involved and what happens next.
