Residential biohazard cleanup
Biohazard cleanup for houses, apartments, condominiums and rental units, with one person to talk to and care for everything that matters to you.
What the work involves
- A conversation by phone, then a visit to look at what is affected.
- A written scope and price for you, your family or your insurer before work begins.
- Removal, cleaning and disinfection, with belongings and papers set aside for you.
- Attention to neighbors and privacy: no signage, and no discussion of the job with others.
- A written summary when the work is done, with photos if you need them.
What to expect
Homeowners, renters, families of someone who died, executors and landlords all call us. If several people have a say, tell us who should approve the scope and who should get updates.
What to do now
- Keep the area closed off.
- Do not throw anything away yet; some items may matter for insurance or to your family.
- If you rent, tell your landlord.
- Write down your insurance policy number if you have one.
